The South Indian International Movie Awards (SIIMA) have concluded, and films 바카라˜RRR바카라™, 바카라˜Sita Ramam바카라™, 바카라˜777 Charlie바카라™, 바카라˜Kantara바카라™ and 바카라˜KGF: Chapter 2바카라™ stole the thunder. The award shows ran from September 15-16 in Dubai, with the first night announcing winners in the Telugu and Kannada categories and the second for Tamil and Malayalam.

The award shows ran from September 15-16 in Dubai, with the first night announcing winners in the Telugu and Kannada categories and the second for Tamil and Malayalam.
For the unversed, SIIMA stands to honour the artistry of South Indian cinema in all the four languages: Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada, as well as provide a platform for South Indian cinemas to get more international reception.
South cinema began making some headway into the international markets such as Japan, South Korea, China, Russia, Indonesia and Turkey, primarily due to the charm of superstar Rajinikanth as early as the 바카라˜90s.
Though it only made some major inroads in 2015, with director S.S. Rajamouli바카라™s Telugu epic franchise, 바카라˜Baahubali바카라™, and then exploded with 바카라˜RRR바카라™ in 2022, giving it full attention in the West.
The biggest awards went to the films 바카라˜Sita Ramam바카라™, 바카라˜RRR바카라™, 바카라˜Kantara바카라™, 바카라˜Major바카라™, 바카라˜777 Charlie바카라™ and 바카라˜KGF: Chapter 2바카라™.
In the Telugu category, the biggest competition was between 바카라˜RRR바카라™ and 바카라˜Sita Ramam바카라™, with the latter winning the category for 바카라˜Best Film바카라™ while 바카라˜RRR바카라™ won the award for 바카라˜Best Director바카라™ and 바카라˜Best Actor바카라™. 바카라˜RRR바카라™ led the Telugu race with over 11 nominations, while 바카라˜Sita Ramam바카라™ gave an intense competition with over 10 nods.
This was followed by 바카라˜DJ Tillu바카라™ with over eight nods, 바카라˜Major바카라™ with six, along with 바카라˜Karthikeya 2바카라™, 바카라˜Bheemla Nayak바카라™ and 바카라˜Dhamaka바카라™ with five, 바카라˜Sarkaru Vaari Paata바카라™ with four, 바카라˜Bimbisara바카라™ and 바카라˜Ashoka Vanamlo Arjuna Kalyanam바카라™ with three, and 바카라˜Yashoda바카라™, 바카라˜HIT: The Second Case바카라™, 바카라˜Virata Parvam바카라™ and 바카라˜Masooda바카라™ with two nods.
In the Kannada category 바카라˜KGF: Chapter 2바카라™ led the race with 11 nominations alongside 바카라˜Kantara바카라™. Â This was followed by 바카라˜Vikrant Rona바카라™ seven, 바카라˜777 Charlie바카라™ with six and 바카라˜Love Mocktail 2바카라™ with five.
