'Salaar' Box Office Collection Day 6: Prabhas Starrer Inches Closer To Rs 300 Crore In India, Crosses Rs 500 Crore Worldwide

'Salaar: Cease Fire - Part 1' which opened with a huge number is seeing a drop in its collections day-by-day. On day 6, the friendship-themed film witnessed a huge drop. The film earned only Rs 17 crore as per early estimates (across all languages). So, the total domestic box office collection of 'Salaar' stands at Rs 297.40 crore nett in India, according to a Sacnilk report. The movie stars Prabhas as Deva and it was released in five languages 바카라“ Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu. Directed by Prashanth Neel, the film also stars Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, Shriya Reddy, Meenakshi Chaudhary, and Saran Shakthi in pivotal roles. 

'Salaar: Cease Fire - Part 1' had an overall 28.02% Telugu occupancy on Wednesday, 21.56% Malayalam occupancy, 18.20% Tamil occupancy, 22.95% Kannada occupancy and 28.98% Hindi occupancy. 

'Salaar' is Prabhas' second hit after 'Baahubali'. His previous films, 'Radhe Shyam' and 'Adipurush' couldn't earn much at the box office. 'Adipurush' made a lifetime collection of only Rs 288.15 crore nett in India. 'Radhe Shyam' earned only Rs 104.38 crore nett during its run. 'Saaho' earned Rs 310.60 crore. 'Salaar' will cross the lifetime collection of 'Saaho'. It is now inching closer towards the Rs 550 crore mark at the global box office.

In his review for Outlook India, Prateek Sur gave 'Salaar' 3 stars and said, ''Salaar Part 1: Ceasefire바카라™ is definitely not a film for everyone. It바카라™s a massy actioner and not for the high-end elites. The presentation gives you the feel that it바카라™s made for getting whistles and claps at almost every second scene. In fact, at one point, Prithviraj Sukumaran even looks into the camera and questions the audience, 바카라˜Have you forgotten to whistle?바카라™. It바카라™s also for people who바카라™re willing to invest their minds into a complex storyline, which will be left open-ended and you바카라™ll have to watch at least another part of the film to know what바카라™s happening and why it바카라™s happening. Overall, being a commercial potboiler, it바카라™s a Good One-Time Watch''.
