Apart from Adah Sharma, the film also stars Yogita Bihani, Siddhi Idnani and Sonia Balani in lead roles. The film got embroiled in a controversy after its trailer claimed that 32,000 women from Kerala had gone missing and joined the terrorist group ISIS. However, the contentious figure in the trailer was later withdrawn, and then the makers changed the story of the film to revolve around three women from Kerala.
