The film was a box office success and was remade in several languages. The film was the third highest grossing Telegu film in 2006, with a run of 100 days in theatres. This movie has been remade in Hindi, Bhojpuri, Bengali, Tamil, and Kannada. The Hindi remake of this film was titled 'Rowdy Rathore', and it starred Akshay Kumar.
'Neninthe' (2008)
The film follows the journey of an aspiring film director and his struggle to advance his career.
