Isha Talwar rose to fame when she featured as Madhuri Yadav on the series 바카라˜Mirzapur바카라™, which was headlined by Pankaj Tripathi. While the show got her love and acclaim, it did get her work, until she got a part in her latest Disney Plus Hotstar series 바카라˜Saas Bahu Aur Flamingo바카라™.
In an interview with Indian Express, when asked how her life changed post 바카라˜Mirzapur바카라™, Isha said, 바카라œI sat at home for a year after Mirzapur, until I could get 바카라˜Saas Bahu aur Flamingo바카라™. It took me ten years to get 바카라˜Mirzapur바카라™ and then I had to really find바카라¦ It happened, it took a while. Like I said I sat at home for a year until this show happened, so you wait patiently. I have not worked since November. I am now waiting for this show to be released.바카라
Directed by Homi Adajania, 바카라˜Saas Bahu Aur Flamingo바카라™ stars Dimple Kapadia as Savitri, who runs a drug cartel, and she is supported by her equally fierce daughters-in-law and daughter, played by Radhika Madan, Angira Dhar and Isha.
For 바카라˜Saas Bahu Aur Flamingo바카라™, Isha did a test for the role as Homi insisted. 바카라œI wanted to be a part of the show the moment I saw the presentation that came to me. I had stopped auditioning after 바카라˜Mirzapur바카라™. So, I texted Homi if he could watch some scenes from 바카라˜Mirzapur바카라™ because I didn바카라™t want to audition as I had auditioned with him 8 years ago. He said no, we do need an audition. I then tested for it and instinctively wanted to be a part of it when I saw the material,바카라 she said, adding, 바카라œI didn바카라™t want to audition after Mirzapur because I have been auditioning for ten years, every casting director has about 500 tapes of mine so I think I have done my bit of auditioning.바카라
Also starring Naseeruddin Shah, Ashish Verma, Varun Mitra, Udit Arora, Deepak Dobriyal, Monica Dogra and Jimit Trived, the show will stream on Disney Plus Hotstar from May 5.
