The show host would take frequent trips between the UK and South Africa while she was filming. The trips would include a 12,000-mile round trip for Maya and her team so that she could present the show for 10 minutes. To curb her flights, ITV has now tweaked its rules that ban Maya Jama from flying when the show is on air.
