There are two things to it, first, they are not from the industry, they are not star kids as we call them. They made it on their own so that in itself is very inspiring for me. It gives me hope. It makes me believe that if it's possible with them, it's possible with everybody. So, then when you say only star kids make it, it's not true. You have examples like that. Secondly, I was personally invested in their journeys and I still am. I have seen them work hard.
