This year, over 1 lakh students appeared for the RSOS exams, more than 53,000 for Class 10 and nearly 50,000 for Class 12. The exams were held between April 21 and May 16, while students in six border districts (Bikaner, Jaisalmer, Phalodi, Barmer, Sriganganagar, and Jodhpur) had their exams postponed due to border tensions and later appeared from May 28 to May 30.
