The Medicare Advantage Premium program is among the most key initiatives Yadav has initiated. Instead of keeping this information in Facets Invoice tables, Presbyterian Health Plan strategically chose to use Market Prominence to collect member-level premiums. This project's importance stems from its capacity to offer detailed information on income and costs at the member level, facilitating improved segmentation and better decision-making. Presbyterian can improve its offerings to better serve its members while maintaining financial sustainability by examining data from various business lines, benefit plans, and demographic groups.
The Provider Data Management project is another key project that Yadav led. The need for a strong data management framework became clear as regulatory scrutiny over the accuracy of provider data increased. The project's goal was to create a single source of truth for provider data in order to guarantee operational effectiveness and compliance. This initiative greatly increased data integrity, decreased redundancy, and decreased the risk of penalties related to inaccurate provider information by optimizing business processes, automating data feeds, and improving reporting capabilities. Critical operations like provider directories, contracting, credentialing, and claims processing are now supported by the enhanced data ecosystem.
