As per reports, the backlash came after BBC News formally complained that some iPhone users received misleading alerts of its news articles. The AI product summarises breaking news notifications. It is available on devices running iOS 18.1 and later that are designed to simplify notifications by condensing multiple alerts from the same app into a single sentence.
The company has announced that it will soon release an update to address issues with these AI-powered news alerts, reports said. The tech giant, in a statement said that the update would make it clearer when news alerts are summaries generated by Apple바카라s AI system.
