After 17 years Shakira graces MTV VMAs 2023 stage, receives Video Vanguard Award

The night바카라�s most prestigious honour at the MTV VMAs 2023, the Video Vanguard Award, was presented to global megastar Shakira, marking her as the first South American artist to receive this award. She entered on  one of the night's highest honor- the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award.

Apart from receiving the prestigious award, Shakira also gave a power - packed performance at the event. She grooved on her super-hits 바카라�Whenever, Wherever바카라� and 바카라�Hips Don바카라�t Lie바카라�. Shakira wore a sheer skin- tone bodysuit with a corresponding bejeweled  skirt and top. She changed to a pink metallic bomber jacket, halfway through the performance. Shakira was lifted by her fans, midway through her performance and crowd - surfed as she moved to another platform.

What she wore

Shakira donned a Gold Versace outfit looking no less than a dream. The metallic gown with a sexy ham-high tear and cut-outs along the waist with her long hair into loose curls that aligned with the outfit. She rocked dramatic makeup, a dusting of pink color, and a rosy swipe of lip tint. Ramping up the glam, she rocked an array of rings and elevated her look with a brace of strappy glance-toe heels. 

The music icon was also accompanied by the two sons she shares with her partner Gerard Pique, Sasha, seven, and Milan, nine.
