76th Republic Day Celebrations: PM Modi, US Secretary Of State And Others Extend Republic Day Greetings

India celebrated its 76th Republic Day celebrations under the theme of 'Swarnim Bharat 바카라�Virasat aur Vikas바카라� (Golden India: Legacy and Progress) which highlights India바카라�s rich cultural legacy and hopes for a brighter future. This year, the grand parade will be attended by the Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto as the chief guest. The celebrations begin with the iconic parade at Kartavya Path set to lead the celebrations. The parade commences with PM Modi's visit to the National War Memorial.

On the occasion, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and other leaders extended their greetings.

We pay tribute to the visionary men and women who crafted our Constitution, ensuring our journey is founded on democracy, dignity, and unity. In a press statement, Rubio, while giving his greetings, said that the partnership between the United States and New Delhi continues to reach newer heights and will be a defining relationship of the 21st century. 바카라�On behalf of the United States of America, I congratulate the people of India as they celebrate their nation바카라�s Republic Day. As they commemorate the adoption of the Constitution of India, we join them in recognizing its enduring significance as the foundation of the world바카라�s largest democracy,바카라� Rubio said.

Kerala Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar and Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on Saturday extended their greetings to the people of the state on the eve of Republic Day, emphasising the importance of upholding and protecting the democratic principles and constitutional values of the country. In a message, the Governor observed that democracy has been a part of our culture and tradition for thousands of years, stressing the need to uphold and protect democratic principles at all costs. He claimed that while democratic values are being undermined worldwide, India and the state of Kerala continue to move forward with the principles of democracy. In his Republic Day message, CM Vijayan urged people to stand united for the nation's bright and prosperous future. He underscored the importance of growing as a society where equality, justice, secularism, and brotherhood flourish.

Andhra Pradesh Governor S Abdul Nazeer and Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Sunday extended greetings to people on the occasion of India's Republic Day. The Governor hoisted the national flag at Indira Gandhi Municipal Stadium in Vijayawada. 바카라�On the occasion of the 76th Republic Day, I have great pleasure in conveying my Greetings to the people of Andhra Pradesh. Naidu in a post greeting people said, "Let us work with the spirit of the Constitution towards achieving the goals of Viksit Bharat 2047 and Swarnandhra Vision 2047."

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Sunday congratulated the people of the state on the 76th Republic Day and appealed to everyone to resolve to follow duties listed in the Constitution. Adityanath, in a post on the X, said, "Hearty congratulations and best wishes to the people of the state on the 76th Republic Day!" He said, "This glorious festival is an opportunity to express gratitude to our great Constitution, democratic traditions and the immortal sons of the country." "Let us all resolve to follow the duties given by the Constitution. Jai Hind!" he said.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi posted his Republic Day greetings on social media platform X.
