Newly launched Air India Flight AI-159, from Ahmedabad to London hits disruption due to operational issues.
The flight was scheduled to depart from Ahmedabad to London바카라™s Gatwick airport at 3 pm but was cancelled after an initial delay.
The service was recently started to replace the flight AI-171, which crashed on June12. The horrific crash claimed 270 lives including 241 of the 242 on the plane and 29 on the ground.
Following the disaster , the airline suspended the route before resuming it on Monday, June 16, with a new flight. However, the service has faced problems from the start. Monday Flight was delayed by 3 hours.
The June 17, Tuesday flight from Ahmedabad was cancelled but the return flight from London landed on schedule.
