Former Civil Aviation Minister Praful Patel today questioned the 바카라surprising silence바카라 of Singapore Airlines over the crash of an Air India Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner in Ahmedabad last week on Thursday.
Singapore Airlines holds 25.1 per cent shares and also a position in the Tata Group-run Air India. Patel criticised Singapore Airlines바카라 silence over the horrific incident since June 12. Singapore Airlines made a statement today saying they had been in 바카라close contact바카라 with Tata Sons.
Air India바카라s London-bound Boeing 787-8 aircraft carrying 242 passengers and crew members crashed shortly after take-off from the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport on June 12. The incident took the lives of 270 people including 241 on board and 29 on the ground, leaving just one passenger as survivor.
"In all the sorrow and din surrounding the Air India crash, there remains a surprising silence - or perhaps ignorance - about the role of a substantial shareholder, and the entity responsible for maintaining a large number, if not all, of Air India's wide-body aircraft, Guess the name: Singapore Airlines" Patel said in a post on X.
Patel stated that Singapore Airlines 바카라seem to be in hiding바카라 by not making any statement till then despite having a say in the management and having a code-sharing agreement with Air India. In a statement today, the Singapore Airlines (SIA) Group extended its deepest condolences to the families and loved ones of everyone affected by the devastating Air India flight AI171 accident, reported PTI. "We have been in close contact with our partner Tata Sons and Air India, and continue to offer our full support and all necessary assistance to them during this difficult time," Singapore Airlines said.
Patel also highlighted a connection between Singapore Airlines and Air India's leadership. In the same X post, he said 바카라Importantly, Campbell Wilson, the CEO of Air India, is a nominee of Singapore Airlines. He previously served as CEO of their low-cost subsidiary, Scoot Airlines.
