Rashtriya Janata Dal leader Tejashwi Prasad Yadav on January 8 said the INDIA bloc has lost its significance and was formed specifically for the Lok Sabha elections. Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah also expressed dismay over the lack of clarity regarding its leadership and agenda, saying the alliance should be wound up if it was meant only for the parliamentary elections. "After the Assembly elections in Delhi, they should call all the alliance members for a meeting. If this alliance was only for the parliamentary elections, it should be wound up, and we will work separately. But if it is meant for Assembly elections as well, we will have to sit together and work collectively,바카라 Abdullah told reporters.
A fierce three-way contest is looming for the upcoming Delhi Assembly elections. The Congress has intensified its attacks on the ruling AAP, as both parties vie for dominance in a battle 바카라 which could benefit the BJP.
AAP and Congress had joined hands for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections in Delhi, but the two parties have since parted ways, making the upcoming February 5 assembly elections a three-way battle. Former allies have now become fierce rivals as both are engaging in bitter disputes that have brought satisfaction to the BJP. While the Delhi Congress leaders have launched a full-scale attack on Kejriwal, the AAP leader has accused the Congress of "secret coordination" with the BJP.
