The disciplinary action against the Group C and D employees came after railways minister Piyush Goyal asked top officials to launch a massive drive to identify long-term absentees in various railway establishments.
바카라A massive drive to identify long-term absentees in various establishments of Railways has been initiated. As a result of the drive, more than 13,000 employees out of about 13 lakh employees were found to be on unauthorised absence for a long time,바카라 the railways said in a statement.
"The establishment has initiated disciplinary action under the rules to terminate services of such absentees," read a statement by the Railways.
바카라Railways have instructed all officers and supervisors to weed out these employees from the employees바카라 rolls after following due process,바카라 the statement stated.
