Following the incident, the helicopter made an emergency landing at the HAL airport, PTI report said.

PTI report said the chopper flew from Jakkur airport in Bengaluru but was hit by a kite.

Along with DK Shivakumar and the pilot, a journalist of a Kannada news channel who was interviewing him was inside the helicopter, it said.
Shivakumar, the crew and others in the helicopter are all safe, it said.
Later, Shivkumar also posted on social media about his well-being, saying: 바카라바카라travelling to Mulbagal by road now바카라.
