ONGC employee Ritul ÂSaikia was Âreleased by ULFA(I) Âmilitants in ÂMyanmar near its border with ÂNagaland after 31 days in captivity. In the first week of April, ULFA(I) had released two employees of the Quippo Oil and Gas Infrastructure after three-and-half months of their kidnap.
