Bengaluru Stampede: Virat Kohli Named In Complaint By Social Activist; But No FIR

According to Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, the crowd size overwhelmed all logistical arrangements, leading to chaos and tragedy. The state government has since launched an investigation, appointing retired High Court judge Justice John Michael D'Cunha to lead a one-member inquiry commission.

In the aftermath, four individuals linked to the event's organisation were arrested: Nikhil Sosale (RCB바카라�s marketing and revenue head), Sunil Mathew (VP of business affairs), Kiran Kumar (senior event manager), and Sumanth (ticketing operations lead), all from DNA Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. They have been remanded to 14 days of judicial custody by the 14th ACMM court.
