The qualification process for the 2026 Women's T20 World Cup gathers momentum and reached Europe with the Division 2 qualifiers beginning from Sunday.
Six teams are participating in the second division qualifiers and the best two will get to the first division. The best two teams from the first division will then qualify for the Global Qualifiers. Four best teams from the Global Qualifiers will then advance to the 2026 Women's T20 World Cup which will take place in England.

The tournament will take place from May 25 to May 29, 2025.
The tournament will be held in Italy. Grounds in Rome and Spinaceto will host the entire tournament.
