IPL 2025 Closing Ceremony, RCB Vs PBKS Final: Shankar Mahadevan And Co Salute Armed Forces

Indian playback singer Shankar Mahadevan, along with his sons Siddharth and Shivam performed "Sabse aage honge Hindustani" and 바카라�Dushman ke chhakke chhudaa de, hum India wale바카라� among other songs on Tuesday (June 3, 2025) as national fervour was the main theme of the closing ceremony, ahead of the Indian Premier League final between Royal Challengers Bengaluru and Punjab Kings in Ahmedabad. 바카라�Honouring the Indian armed forces바카라�, 바카라�Salute to the armed forces바카라� and 바카라�Thank you armed forces" were the messages displayed across the digital boards used for advertising and sharing match-related information near the boundary as well as on the first tier of the Narendra Modi Stadium.

The Mahadevan family enthralled the near-capacity crowd. The songs from war-themed movie Lakshya titled 바카라�Kandhon se milte hai kandhe바카라� and 바카라�Lakshya바카라�, 바카라�Ae watan mere aabaad rahe tu바카라�, 바카라�Vande Mataram바카라� (AR Rahman composed) were among the numbers performed with "Sabse aage honge Hindustani" being the final one.

The ceremony took place before the summit clash of the 18th edition of world바카라�s most cash-rich league, the hotly-awaited RCB vs PBKS encounter. The players trained in the background with RCB being the first team to take the field for their warm-ups, followed by their rivals PBKS soon after.

Later, PBKS skipper Shreyas Iyer won the toss and put Rajat Patidar's men in to bat.

The tournament was suspended for 10 days in May when India바카라�s armed forces were executing Operation Sindoor 바카라� a military operation in response to terrorists killing 26 Indian citizens in Kashmir's Pahalgam.
