Day 1 was called off with no play possible, without a ball being bowled as the inclement weather, not being kind enough, left both teams frustrated.
For the unversed, the warm-up game is India바카라™s only practice fixture ahead of the Day-Night Test, also the second Test of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024, at the Adelaide Oval, starting from December 6.
India have not featured in a pink ball Test match since March 2022, and the side would have been very much eager to get adjusted to the conditions as well as the movement of the pink ball under the floodlights.
However, according to ESPNcricinfo, Day 2, which is also the final day of the fixture, will see a 50-over game being played, which gives India an opportunity to bat and bowl.
Ahead of the two-day warm-up game, the Rohit Sharma-led side and PM XI met with the Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese in the parliament.
Albanese sang the praises of Virat Kohli and Jasprit Bumrah praises, and also had a bit of a laugh, joking about Kohli바카라™s sensational numbers in Australia over the years.
