Colombia's U20 team fell to a 0-1 defeat against Brazil in their second match of the South American U20 Championship in Venezuela. The lone goal came early, with Iago scoring a header in the 5th minute to give Brazil the lead. Colombia struggled to find their rhythm in the first half, paying the price for a slow start. Despite improving their attitude towards the end of the half, the team's passing precision and finishing let them down. The Colombians created several scoring opportunities, with Villareal, Perea, and Batioja all coming close, but were unable to find the back of the net. Brazil's defence held strong, and the team's early goal proved to be the difference-maker. The loss marks Colombia's first defeat in the tournament, and they will look to bounce back in their next match.
