Borussia Dortmund have reached an agreement with Sunderland to sign Jobe Bellingham for an initial fee of €32 million (£26.96 million), with an additional €5 million (£4.2 million) in potential add-ons. A new scholarship program honouring the memory of Stephen Lawrence will be funded by the Football Foundation.
