After a thrilling 3-3 draw in the first leg, Inter surged ahead with two first-half goals in the return leg, taking a 5-3 aggregate lead. But Francesco Acerbi's stoppage-time equaliser sent the tie into extra time, where Inter held their nerve to complete a sensational aggregate win.

India had mixed fortunes in the singles events on day 2 at the Taipei Open Super 300 badminton tournament, as Aakarshi Kashyap bowed out in the round of 32 while Tharun Mannepalli advanced to the next round. Golden State Warriors star guard Stephen Curry was sidelined for the remainder of Game 1 of the Western Conference semifinal against the Minnesota Timberwolves after straining his left hamstring in the second quarter, the team confirmed. The injury comes at a challenging time for Curry and the Warriors, who were playing their second game in three nights and in two different cities, having just edged past the Houston Rockets in a grueling seven-game first-round series.

Mumbai Indians captain Hardik Pandya has been fined after his team maintained a slow over rate during Match No. 56 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 against Gujarat Titans at the Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai.
As it was his team바카라™s second offence of the season under the IPL바카라™s Code of Conduct relating to minimum over-rate offences, Pandya was fined INR 24 lakhs. The rest of the members of the Playing XI, including the Impact Player and the concussion substitute, were each individually fined either INR 6 lakh or 25 per cent of their respective match fees, whichever is lesser.
Ashish Nehra, Head Coach, Gujarat Titans, has been fined 25 per cent of his match fees and has also accumulated one demerit point for breaching the IPL Code of Conduct. He admitted to the Level 1 offence under Article 2.20 - which pertains to the conduct that is contrary to the spirit of the game - and accepted the Match Referee바카라™s sanction.
For Level 1 breaches of the Code of Conduct, the Match Referee바카라™s decision is final and binding.
