Shah Rukh Khan's King, which also stars his daughter Suhana Khan, has been creating a lot of buzz. Fans have been eagerly waiting to see the father-daughter duo sharing the same screen in Siddharth Anand's film. King has already gone on floors and SRK has apparently begun shooting an action scene, which is a jail sequence, as per a report in Mid-Day.

Sources informed the publication that Shah Rukh Khan has started filming the action sequence at Mumbai's Mehboob Studios, where the unit will shoot till June 21.

"The scene is set in a foreign jail, where the protagonist takes on a gang of baddies. Since it forms a critical part of the narrative, Siddharth has flown in three international stunt experts to design the scene. On June 15, the crowd portions were canned with nearly 200 stunt performers," the source informed.

As per reports, the Pathaan star is playing an assassin in the upcoming thriller and he underwent weeks-long training before starting to shoot.

The source added, "The stunts are unlike what he did in Jawan and Pathaan. Siddharth wants to present him in a raw avatar."

King marks Shah Rukh's second collaboration with Siddharth Anand after their 2023 blockbuster Pathaan. Earlier, Sujoy Ghosh was supposed to direct the film but later Siddharth took over the project.

The film also reportedly stars Abhishek Bachchan as the antagonist, while Suhana is playing Shah Rukh's protégé. The film marks Suhana's debut on the big screen. She made her acting debut in Netflix's The Archies.

Reports also suggest that Deepika Padukone, Rani Mukerji, Anil Kapoor, Arshad Warsi, Abhay Verma, and Raghav Juyal, are also part of the cast.

King is said to be releasing between October and December 2026. Sachin바카라“Jigar are composing the songs, and Anirudh is handling the background score of the film.
