Veteran Pakistani Actor Khalid Saleem Butt Passes Away At 76 In Lahore

Pakistani actor Khalid Saleem Butt, best known for his role in 바카라�Khaie바카라�, breathed his last in Lahore on the night of January 11. The veteran actor passed away at the age of 76.

Khalid Saleem Butt started his career in the 1970s. He appeared in Urdu and Punjabi films and television serials. The actor was recently seen in the hit serial, 바카라�Khaie바카라�, where he played the role of Durab Khan 바카라� Faysal Quraishi바카라�s father. The actor appeared in numerous PTV Productions such as 바카라�Jangal Pura 바카라�(1997), 바카라�Boota to Toba Tek Singh바카라� (1999), and 바카라�Landa Bazaar바카라� (2002).

Regarding recent PTV Productions, he was seen in 바카라�Love, Life Aur Lahore바카라� (2011바카라�13), 바카라�Laal Ishq바카라� (2017) and 바카라�GT Road바카라� (2019). Throughout his career, he has also been a part of important films. He had received the Pride of Performance award for his meritorious work in the field of arts.

As the news of his death reached social media, condolences started pouring in. Durefishan Saleem penned a heartfelt tribute. The actor wrote, 바카라�I바카라�ll do many roles but never will I have the greater privilege of working with a man who taught me what art is -what dedication towards craft is and what resilience looks like. Khalid Saleem Butt passed away due to kidney and liver ailments. He is survived by his wife and four children.
