Ingredients:
바카라¢Â     45ml Gordon바카라™s London Dry
바카라¢Â     20ml Homemade Coconut syrup
바카라¢Â     30ml fresh coconut water
바카라¢Â     5 Fresh Strawberries
바카라¢Â     1 medium-size scope of crushed ice
바카라¢Â     fresh mint sprig
바카라¢Â     berry of your choice
Glassware: An old-fashioned glass
Method:
바카라¢Â     Add Gordon바카라™s London Dry and the fresh strawberries halved (without green leaves) to the blender
바카라¢Â     Add your homemade coconut syrup, fresh coconut water, crushed ice and blend them.
바카라¢Â     Pour it in a glass.
바카라¢Â     Garnish it with a fresh mint sprig, berry of your choice and serve.
Note: Homemade Coconut Syrup Recipe 바카라“ Blend coconut water & tender coconut into a pure. Take some amount of sugar and mix it in the pure. Heat it to let the sugar dissolve. Strain it after it comes down to the room temperature. Store it in an airtight container.
Black & White Coco Sour
Ingredients:
바카라¢Â     60ml Black & White Whisky
바카라¢Â     25ml of homemade Coconut syrup
바카라¢Â     15ml fresh lime juice
바카라¢Â     30ml fresh pineapple juice
바카라¢Â     ice cubes
바카라¢Â     Orange peel
Glassware: Old Fashioned Glass
Method:
바카라¢Â     Take a cocktail shaker and add all the ingredients.

바카라¢Â     Strain it over fresh ice in a glass

Glassware: A highball glass
Method:
바카라¢Â     Take a highball glass and fill it with ice.
바카라¢Â     Pour the whiskey and top with coconut soda
바카라¢Â     Stir it gently
바카라¢Â     Add coconut as garnish and serve.

We can have two recipes here:
a.    Take some fresh coconut water and fizz it, using soda syphon or Dr Butter (or)
b.    Make a coconut syrup and add a little citric acid to make it a cordial. Pour 30 ml of this cordial into chilled soda.
