The row between Harvard University - country바카라™s oldest and richest university - and the Trump administration is part of the wider crackdown of the government and the Ivy-league universities, demanding it alters its curriculum and change criteria of protests on campus, amongst other demands.
Trump on Friday supported the Department of Homeland Security바카라™s ban on Harvard, informing the university that if within 72 hours the university does not comply with the federal demands, Harvard will lose its privilege of enrolling international students. Harvard University challenged the move, calling it unconstitutional for defying to comply with the political demands of the US government. A federal judge on Friday had blocked the US government from implementing the decision.
Careers of around 6,800 international students, including 800 students from India are now at risk.
