This marks the second consecutive day that Chandrasekaran has skipped a major shareholder meeting within the Tata Group. A day earlier, he was also absent from the AGM of Tata Consumer Products.

TCS Company Secretary Yashaswin Sheth informed shareholders that Chandrasekaran would not attend the AGM due to 바카라�some exigencies.바카라� While no official reason was specified during the meeting, sources have indicated that his absence is linked to his active involvement in managing the crisis following the crash of an Air India flight from Ahmedabad to London Gatwick last week.

The tragic incident, involving one of Tata Group바카라�s flagship aviation companies, resulted in the deaths of at least 270 people, including 241 passengers and crew members. The crash has sent shockwaves across India and the global aviation industry, with investigations ongoing.

In Chandrasekaran바카라�s absence, TCS directors appointed independent director and finance veteran Keki Mistry to chair the AGM.
