Honduras claimed their first Concacaf Gold Cup 2025 Group B win with 2-0 victory over El Salvador at the Shell Energy Stadium in Houston on Sunday, June 22. Despite El Salvador dominating early in the game with several chances, it was Honduras who struck first through Romell Quioto in the 33rd minute. El Salvador continued to press for an equalizer but struggled with creativity and precision in the final third.
