Sara Ali Khan finally made her big Cannes debut on Tuesday and walked the red carpet wearing a lehenga. She proudly showed off her 바카라desi바카라 roots as she attended the premiere of the opening film, the Louis XV period drama 바카라Jeanne du Barry바카라, which features Johnny Depp, at the 76th edition of the Cannes Film Festival.
Wearing a handwoven ivory lehenga designed by celebrity fashion designers Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla, she looked stunning. Her photos and videos from the event are now making the rounds on social media, and the actress has now said that she is proud of her 바카라Indianness바카라 and what it means for her to attend such global events.
In an interaction with Brut, Sara addressed the host with her signature 바카라Hello and namaste.바카라 When asked about her Cannes debut, the 27-year-old said, 바카라A little bit nervous. I always aspired to be here someday, I can바카라t believe I am here.바카라 Explaining why she chose to wear a lehenga at Cannes, Sara said, 바카라It (the outfit) is traditional Indian, handmade work. And I have always been very proud of my 바카라Indianness바카라 and therefore it embodies who I am. I think it is fresh, modern but also traditional Indian.바카라
Talking about what Indian celebs gain from these global events, Sara said, 바카라I think, of course, global recognition and I think the world is becoming a smaller and smaller place and I think this amalgamation of cultures is beautiful. I think it is lovely that we can come here and learn so much, watch international films, and bring our personality, our culture to you guys.바카라
Apart from Sara, Esha Gupta and Manushi Chhillar also walked the red carpet on the opening day of Cannes 2023. Also, Anushka Sharma will also make her Cannes debut this year and will honour women in cinema along with Hollywood star Kate Winslet. Also, Cannes regular Aishwarya Rai Bachchan along with Aaradhya. Madhur Bhandarkar, Mrunal Thakur, Aditi Rao Hydari, Vijay Varma, Vignesh Shivan, Niharika NM, Ruhee Dosani, Ranveer Allahbadia and Dolly Singh will be part of Cannes 2023 too.
