Former Indian cricketer Dilip Doshi passed away at the age of 77 after suffering a cardiac arrest in London on Monday.

Doshi, a left-arm spinner, represented India in 33 Tests and 15 ODIs between 1979 and 1983. He took 114 wickets in Test cricket and added 22 more in the one-day format. He made his international debut in the first Test of Australia바카라s 1979 tour of India in Chennai, where he took six for 103 in the first innings and finished with match figures of eight for 167.
He is among only nine Indian men to have taken a five-wicket haul on Test debut.
In domestic cricket, Doshi played for Saurashtra and Bengal. He also featured in English county cricket, turning out for Nottinghamshire and Warwickshire. Across his first-class career, he claimed 898 wickets.
