Only two spots are up for grabs and nine teams are set to battle it out as the ICC Women바카라™s T20 World Cup 2026 Asia Qualifiers get underway on May 9 across two venues in Thailand.
The Asian qualifiers will feature 21 matches across 12 days, with only the top two teams from advancing to the Global Qualifier for the ICC Women바카라™s T20 World Cup 2026.
The nine participating teams have been divided into three groups of three. Each team will face the other two in initial round robin method, and only the group winners reaching the Super 3 stage. The three qualified teams will compete in a round-robin format in the Super 3, and the top two will book their spots in the Global Qualifier.

Group A: Bhutan, Kuwait, Thailand
Group B: Malaysia, Qatar, UAE
Group C: Bahrain, Hong Kong China, Nepal

All the matches of the ICC Women's T20 World Cup 2026 Asia Qualifiers will he held at these two venues in Thailand.
Rain disrupted the opening day of the ICC Women바카라™s T20 World Cup 2026 Asia Qualifiers, as the clash between Hong Kong China and Nepal abandoned without a ball being bowled.
However, hosts Thailand made a strong start to their campaign, registering a dominant eight-wicket win over Kuwait.
Meanwhile, the United Arab Emirates cruised to a nine-wicket victory against Malaysia in a rain-shortened game.
