The alleged altercation between Deepika Padukone and Sandeep Reddy Vanga has become the hot topic of discussion currently. Deepika, who was initially supposed to star as the female lead in Vanga's upcoming film Spirit, opposite Prabhas, reportedly walked out of it because her demands were not met. She allegedly asked for 8-hour work day, a whopping Rs 20 crore fee, profits share, and also refused to deliver dialogues in Telugu.

Actor like Kajol, Ajay Devgn, Saif Ali Khan and filmmaker Mani Ratnam supported Deepika바카라™s demands. Now, Housefull 5 director Tarun Mansukhani opened up about the eight-hour work shifts for new mothers, in the film industry.

When asked about the eight-hour shift demand, which Deepika Padukone made, Mansukhani said it's not a problem if he is informed in advance. "I바카라™ll need that many extra days, and then we바카라™ll go ahead, but you need to tell me in advance," he added.

"You can바카라™t come to me at 11 am and say, 바카라˜Oh, I need to leave at 5.바카라™ I have scenes to finish with other actors, a location that may not be available again, and a budget to look into," he said further.

He supports actors wanting to enjoy family time, especially new mothers, but he is against the last-minute changes or making demands just because others are doing it.

He added, "I want to go home and spend time with my dog. So I get the vibe and totally get the feeling. But just put it in the contract from the beginning, then everyone's prepared."

After Deepika's exit, Triptii Dimri came on board to play the female lead in Spirit. The film marks her second collaboration with Vanga after Animal.

Coming back to Housefull 5, the film hit the theatres today, June 6. and has received mixed reviews. It stars like Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Abhishek Bachchan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Sonam Bajwa, Nargis Fakhri, Sanjay Dutt, Jackie Shroff, Nana Patekar, Chitrangada Singh, Fardeen Khan, Chuncky Panday, Johny Lever, Shreyas Talpade, Dino Morea, and Ranjeet Bedi.
