Shah Rukh Khan바카라™s latest film, 바카라˜Dunki바카라™, managed to cross the Rs 200 crore mark in India on its second Wednesday. On its day 14 of release, the film collected around Rs 3.30 crore, according to industry tracker Sacnilk. The film had earlier minted Rs 11.50 crores on Sunday and Rs 9 crore on Monday, but saw a major drop of over 50 percent on Wednesday, when it earned Rs 3.85 crores.Â
Currently, the total domestic collection of the film stands at Rs 203.92 crore. 바카라˜Dunki바카라™ also witnessed an overall 11.83% Hindi occupancy on Wednesday, having received mixed reviews from the audience and critics.Â
By collecting Rs 409 crore worldwide, 바카라˜Dunki바카라™ has now outperformed Shah Rukh Khan바카라™s 바카라˜Dilwale바카라™, which minted Rs 394 crores globally. With the latest feat, 바카라˜Dunki바카라™ has become the highest-grossing film of SRK바카라™s career, and is behind 바카라˜Jawan바카라™, 바카라˜Pathaan바카라™, and 바카라˜Chennai Express바카라™, which earned Rs 1156 crores, Rs 1050 crores, and Rs 424 crores, respectively.Â
Not to miss, the film also marked the first collaboration between SRK and director Rajkumar Hirani. Apart from SRK, it also stars Boman Irani, Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, Vikram Kochhar, and Anil Grover in key roles. It clashed with Prabhas starrer 바카라˜Salaar바카라™ at the box-office. Helmed by Prashanth Neel, 바카라˜Salaar바카라™ has been raking in moolah ever since its release, and has earned more than Rs 650 crores globally.Â
Coming to Hirani바카라™s recent film, it also marks his return to filmmaking after a five-year gap. He last directed 바카라˜Sanju바카라™, in 2018. Sanju, starring Ranbir Kapoor, and the film was a box office success, earning Rs 342.57 crore in India. It had a worldwide total of Rs 588 crore worldwide.
바카라˜Dunki바카라™, after facing tough competition from 바카라˜Salaar바카라™, will now face fresh competition by 바카라˜Merry Christmas바카라™ starring Katrina Kaif and Vijay Sethupathi, on January 12. YRF바카라™s 바카라˜Fighter바카라™ with Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone is also set to release in theatres on January 25.
