In 2021, on the occasion of Dussehra, Akshay Kumar had announced his collaboration with director-producer Aanand L Rai. The project was a biopic based on the life of the iconic war hero of the Gorkha regiment of the Indian Army (5th Gorkha Rifles), Major General Ian Cardozo, who was also the first war-disabled officer of the Indian Army to command a battalion and a brigade.
Akshay also revealed his first look as the war hero and in the posters, he looked fierce as the soldier who is all set to march into battle with the enemy. But recent reports suggested that the film has been shelved and Akshay had walked out of the film due to factual errors in the story.
Now, the producer of Gorkha, Aanand L Rai, has confirmed that the film has been postponed and it has been due to a few 바카라technical and factual바카라 issues. 바카라There are so many technical things that we need to take care of before we do the film. Akshay Kumar and Aanand L Rai have earlier worked on 바카라Atrangi Re바카라 and 바카라Raksha Bandhan바카라, both of which failed to impress the audience.Â
