Katrina Kaif, along with filmmaker Sriram Raghavan and her co-actor Vijay Sethupathi, recently gave a glimpse of the Tamil version of the 바카라Merry Christmas바카라 trailer in Mumbai. Post the launch, the actress shared how she is excited to be part of Sriram Raghavan film, and sharing the screen with Vijay Sethupathi.
Recalling her first meeting with Sriram and Vijay, Katrina said that she didn바카라t know what to expect because she hails from a different kind of cinema.
Mentioning how Vijay looks at films in a very different perspective, Katrina said, 바카라I was really excited to be working with Sriram sir and Vijay. The moment we got together in a room, I think everyone came just as themselves and we were instantly able to connect. The minute Vijay sir started speaking about a scene, it was fascinating for me, I just thought that he is the person who views things in such a unique way; it바카라s the way he sees stories, the way he sees people.바카라
Stating how the success in her career has been due to 바카라commercial entertainers바카라, and hence, taking up 바카라Merry Christmas바카라 was initially a daunting thought, Katrina said, 바카라You can feel nervous or a little fearful when you step out of the zone of a large commercial entertainer. But, I think, the solution is to be fearless because the experience is really incredible for an actor. And it is an important thing for my growth as a performer, so I바카라ll just say you feel the fear and feel the nerves, that바카라s good, let that drive you and give every film your heart and soul, that바카라s what I try to do.바카라
Further talking about the project, the actress mentioned how 바카라Merry Christmas바카라 ticked all the boxes, and how it is a unique story about two fascinating characters. 바카라The minute I heard it, I was hooked. Of course there are high octane action films which are wonderful, it is a certain type of cinema. But there are also intimate and unique stories to be told and that story has to be told at a scale that is suitable to that particular story. For an actor to be able to do both is what I personally enjoy doing,바카라 Katrina said.
바카라Merry Christmas바카라, directed by Sriram Raghavan, is backed by Ramesh Taurani 바카라s Tips Films and Matchbox Pictures. It is slated to release on January 12.
