Anurag Basu's most-awaited film Metro In Dino is all set to hit theatres on July 4, 2025. Ahead of its release, the first song of the musical, was unveiled on Wednesday, May 28. The entire cast and musicians of the film attended the launch of Zamaana Lage song from Metro In Dino in Mumbai last evening. Konkona was paired opposite Irrfan in 2007 film, Life in a Metro and she has returned to the sequel, where she will be seen opposite Pankaj Tripathi. At the event, she turned emotional while talking about missing Irrfan, who died in 2020, She said, 바카라œUnko bhoolne mein bhi zamaana lagega (To forget him would take an eternity).바카라

Anurag Basu said that Konkona started crying during the shoot of a scene in Metro In Dino. He also remembered singer KK who crooned two most popular songs in the prequel: Alvida and O Meri Jaan. KK passed away in 2022.

Basu said, "We were shooting a scene, and the tone for it was a little similar to a scene from the first film. Suddenly, Konkona started crying, and even right now, I am worried that the same will happen if someone asks a question about him. We miss him; we miss KK very much, and there are many others who are missing now, with whom we collaborated earlier".

Apart from Konkona Sen Sharma, Metro In Dino has a stellar cast including Anupam Kher, Neena Gupta, Pankaj Tripathi, Aditya Roy Kapur, Sara Ali Khan, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Ali Fazal, and Saswata Chatterjee. Music is given by Pritam and is backed by producer Bhushan Kumar of T-Series.
