Hollywood director Sofia Coppola has revealed that singer Lana Del Rey was nearly featured on the soundtrack of the biopic 바카라Priscilla바카라.
In an interview with E! News, the filmmaker said, 바카라We were hoping she could do a song for it, but it didn바카라t work out with the timing.바카라
Coppola, whose movie 바카라Priscilla바카라 is currently playing in theatres, went on to add that she first learned about fans바카라 correlation between Del Rey and the King of Rock and Roll while filming 바카라Priscilla바카라.
She said, 바카라I바카라m learning that people really connect Lana Del Rey and Priscilla and I didn바카라t realise that, but I got a lot of requests with, 바카라How is she gonna be a part of the movie?바카라바카라
Del Rey has been known to be a longtime fan of Elvis and Priscilla Presley, and even embodied Priscilla throughout her music career, often sporting big hair and over-exaggerated eyeliner, which was popular in the 바카라60s.
The 바카라Young and Beautiful바카라 singer has also referenced the music legend in some of her lyrics, including the line 바카라Elvis is my daddy바카라 in her song 바카라Body Electric바카라. Her 2008 demo called 바카라Elvis바카라 was also featured in Eugene Jarecki바카라s Elvis documentary, 바카라The King바카라, which was released in 2017.
바카라Coppola added that she invited the Grammy-nominated singer to the premiere of Priscilla and though she couldn바카라t attend, the director is 바카라excited for her to see it.바카라
The film, based on Priscilla바카라s memoir Elvis and Me, follows the love story between Elvis and Priscilla, told from her perspective, from when they first met in 1959 to their later marriage. But the movie doesn바카라t include music from the rock 바카라n바카라 roll icon because his estate didn바카라t accept Coppola바카라s offer for the rights to the music.

Although the late Lisa Marie Presley, who was the only child of Elvis and Priscilla, seemingly did not approve of the way her dad was depicted in Coppola바카라s script, Priscilla was moved by the project.
바카라Priscilla바카라, starring Cailee Spaeny and Jacob Elordi, is currently playing in theaters.
