'Adipurush' faced severe backlash post its release in June. The magnum opus starred Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, Saif Ali Khan and Sunny Singh in pivotal roles. Writer-lyricist Manoj Muntashir who wrote the film too faced the wrath of people for 'bad writing'. But he defended himself publicly. Now, Manoj has realised his mistake and said that writing the film was a bad idea. Also, he said that defending it was the worst thing.

In an interview with AajTak, the writer said that he started receiving death threats following the film바카라s release. He said, 바카라The world may consider you good and tomorrow it may be considered bad but for your family, you are a hero''. He also said that he went abroad for some time and waited for the controversy to settle down.

The lyricist said that it was a 바카라mistake바카라 to write the movie, but he never meant to hurt the sentiments of the Hindus or to defame Lord Ram or Hanuman ji. 바카라A mistake has been made, a big mistake has been made바카라 I have learned a lot from this accident and it was a great learning process. I will be very careful from now on,바카라 he added.

Manoj also admitted that his 바카라biggest mistake바카라 was to give clarifications days after the 'Adipurush's release. 바카라I should not have spoken at that time. If people are angry with this, then their anger is justified,바카라 he said.

For the unversed, certain dialogues in epic drama like 바카라marega bete, 바카라bua ka bagicha hain kya' and 'jalegi tere baap ki' irked the audience and they thought it was an insult to the epic 'Ramayana'.

After facing severe backlash, the makers revamped the dialogues. The All India Cine Workers Association even wrote a letter to Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Mumbai Police, where they demanded registration of a case against the producer, director, and writer of 'Adipurush'.
