Contrary to his earlier stand on H-1B visa, United States of America바카라s president-elect Donald Trump recently took his side on the H-1B visa debate saying that he supports immigration visas for highly skilled workers. H-1B visa allows the entry of skilled workers from around the world to the US.
In an interview with the New York Post on Saturday, Trump said he has always liked the H-1B visa and hired workers through this program. 바카라I바카라ve always liked the visas, I have always been in favor of the visas. That바카라s why we have them. 바카라I have many H-1B visas on my properties. I바카라ve been a believer in H-1B. I have used it many times. It바카라s a great program,바카라 Trump said to the Post. In his first administration, Trump had restricted access to foreign worker visas and was critical of the program.
Supporting the H-1B visa, entrepreneur Elon Musk on X said: 바카라Anyone 바카라 of any race, creed or nationality 바카라 who came to America and worked like hell to contribute to this country will forever have my respect. America is the land of freedom and opportunity. Fight with every fiber of your being to keep it that way!,바카라
The argument began when some technocrats of Silicon Valley and supporters of the anti-immigration movement criticised Trump바카라s decision to select Sriram Krishnan바카라s as a White House policy adviser on artificial intelligence. Far-right Make America Great Again (MAGA) supporter Laura Loomer said: 바카라We have to protect President Trump from the technocrats." Media reports quoted here saying: "Looking forward to the inevitable divorce between President Trump and Big Tech."
A user on X said on a post by Musk that H-1B visas could be 바카라something that shouldn't exist,바카라 to which Musk replied, 바카라The reason I바카라m in America along with so many critical people who built SpaceX, Tesla and hundreds of other companies that made America strong is because of H1B.바카라 Musk added: "바카라Take a big step back and F**K YOURSELF in the face. I will go to war on this issue the likes of which you cannot possibly comprehend.바카라
Entrepreneur and politician Vivek Ramaswamy said that American culture is to blame for US companies hiring skilled workers from other countries. "Our American culture has venerated mediocrity over excellence," Ramaswamy wrote in a long X post. "A culture that celebrates the prom queen over the math olympiad champ, or the jock over the valedictorian [the top student in a class], will not produce the best engineers," he added on X.
