Lucy Letby, a British nurse  was found guilty of murdering seven newborn babies and the attempted murder of six others at the hospital in Northwest England where she was employed, marking her as one of the most notorious serial child killers in the country. This horrific incident has sent shockwaves across the country. 
Letby was detained for the first time in July 2018 and then again in June 2019 and November 2020. The alleged crimes, which all took place between June 2015 and July 2016, included the murder of seven newborns and the attempted murder of an additional six.

Lucy Letby penned a "confession" in which she called herself an 바카라� evil person바카라� and admitted, "I did this."
The confession note was found by the police during a search of her residence subsequent to her arrest.
In her 2016 diary, authorities discovered a green Post-it on which she had inscribed, "I killed them on purpose because I'm not good enough.바카라�
She also said sheI will never have children or marry or know what it's like to have a family.
They also found more strange and disorganized notes in her handbag and garage.
Letby insisted that the green note was not evidence of her involvement in the deaths of the kids. Instead, she explained that she had written it while experiencing mental distress because she thought she might have accidentally hurt the infants while working.
The judges, however, disagreed with her claims and agreed with the prosecution that the note should be interpreted literally.
The words "Please help me" and "I can't do it anymore" were frequently used, even if some of them seemed incomprehensible.
In one sentence she said no one will ever understand or appreciate what it바카라�s like and she wants someone to help her but they can바카라�t. She also said in one sentence she hates her life. 
Letby was found guilty by a jury on six charges of attempted murder and seven counts of murder. She will be sentenced on Monday. Letby's former employment history at the Countess of Chester Hospital as well as the Liverpool Women's Hospital, where she completed some of her nursing schooling, is currently being looked at by the police.
