Jammu and Kashmir government has decided to introduce an extra layer of security to its e-office files to protect them from unscrupulous elements.
The government has taken this step to prevent unauthorized people from accessing its 바카라sensitive data바카라 online, IE reported.
The report quoting government바카라s communiqué said UT바카라s 바카라general administration department (GAD) has asked the information technology department to institute procedures for User Accounts Management, Data Resource Protection and Sensitive System Protection in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000, within a week.바카라
The report further quoting circular said: 바카라It should also submit monthly reports regarding unauthorised access, if any, to the GAD.바카라
바카라It has been felt necessary to prohibit unauthorized personnel from accessing data from e-office files and references,바카라 the report quoting circular said.
바카라It also advised all the departments 바카라to ensure that officers/officials who have been transferred out of the secretariat, or left their respective departments/organization and no longer need access to e-office, shall not get the privilege of any access to their previous accounts,바카라the report said.
바카라Further, all the departments shall designate a nodal officer for liaisoning with the Information Technology Department, in future, with regard to such officers/officials whose accounts need to be closed on account of their transfer or superannuation etc, so that their accounts are closed/suspended on time,바카라 the report further quoting circular said.
The report also quoting sources said that 바카라though they have not come across any instance of unauthorised access to its e-office files so far, one cannot rule out such an incident in the future바카라.
바카라To safeguard sensitive information/references in official files, the UT바카라s e-office will soon have an extra layer of protection in the form of a firewall,바카라 the report quoting a senior official said.
