Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin has welcomed the ruling of the Supreme Court, which stated that the withholding of key bills by the governor was "illegal" and "arbitrary."
Praising the action from the apex court, Stalin stated that this verdict is a victory for "all state governments in India."

This ruling comes as the DMK government and Governor RN Ravi remain at loggerheads over several issues.
As per reports, Governor Ravi had reserved 10 bills passed by the state assembly for the President바카라s consideration. However, as per the apex court, the governor does not have the power to do so, especially after the bills have been presented to the governor for a second tiem by the state assembly.
