The announcement also comes to mark two years from the game, which has been finalised to be played from March 11-15, 2027.
The historic test will commemorate the first-ever Test played between the arch-rivals Australia and England in Melbourne back in 1877, and also will mark the latest home summer the country has hosted since the 1978-79 series against Pakistan.
While Melbourne바카라s Boxing Day Test is a massive crowd gatherer, the 150th Anniversary match as a day-night fixture, starts on a Wednesday to encourage attendance outside of the school holiday period.

The Adelaide Oval will host the December Christman Test for next seven years in either day or the day-night format.
However, the next Ashes Test at the venue in 2025-26 will be a day affair.
The celebratory Test will come after Australia바카라s five-Test Border-Gavaskar Trophy away from home that year, and it also will mean that the Australian and English players will arrive a little late to the Indian Premier League (IPL), which could run from March 14 to May 30.
