England Women earned a thumping 108-run victory against West Indies Women in the first ODI between the two sides on Friday, May 30 in Derby.
England had won the toss and opted to bat first.

The toss for the match was earlier delayed due to rain and wet outfield. However, once the match started, England dominated right from the word go. They posted a humoungous 345-6 in 50 overs with Amy Jones and Tammy Beaumont both scoring centuries.
Left-arm spinner Linsey Smith then picked up five wickets to bowl out West Indies for 237 in 48.2 overs.
The two teams came into the three-match ODI series on the back of a T20I series where England thrashed West Indies 3-0.
