Peru 3-1 Bolivia, FIFA World Cup Qualifiers: PER Hurt BOL Hopes

Peru registered a dominating 3-1 victory over Bolivia in the FIFA World Cup qualifying match on Thursday. The victory is just Peru's second in the qualifying tournament but hits Bolivia's hopes of directly advancing to the 2026 showpiece event really hard. Peru took a 2-0 lead before the half-time but Bolivia threatened to equalise with their first goal after the break. However, another late goal from Peru ended Bolivia's hopes of a comeback.
