Days after the devastating Pahalgam terror attack that killed 26 people, Indian Armed Forces during the early hours of Wednesday launched 바카라˜OPERATION SINDOOR바카라™ targeting terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir from where terrorist attacks against India have been planned and directed.

In one of the most dramatic UEFA Champions League semi-finals in recent memory, Inter Milan edged past Barcelona 7-6 on aggregate to book their spot in the 2025 final. After a thrilling 3-3 draw in the first leg, Inter surged ahead with two first-half goals in the return leg, taking a 5-3 aggregate lead. Barcelona mounted a fierce comeback after the break, scoring twice in quick succession before Raphinha바카라™s 87th-minute strike appeared to seal their passage with a 6-5 lead. But Francesco Acerbi's stoppage-time equaliser sent the tie into extra time, where Inter held their nerve to complete a sensational aggregate win.

India had mixed fortunes in the singles events on day 2 at the Taipei Open Super 300 badminton tournament, as Aakarshi Kashyap bowed out in the round of 32 while Tharun Mannepalli advanced to the next round. Aakarshi struggled to find rhythm against Chinese Taipei바카라™s Hung Yi-Ting, going down in straight games 21-9, 21-12 in a one-sided contest. In contrast, Tharun battled hard in a thrilling three-game encounter against Japan바카라™s Shogo Ogawa, eventually clinching the match 21-17, 19-21, 21-12 to move into the round of 16.

Golden State Warriors star guard Stephen Curry was sidelined for the remainder of Game 1 of the Western Conference semifinal against the Minnesota Timberwolves after straining his left hamstring in the second quarter, the team confirmed. The injury comes at a challenging time for Curry and the Warriors, who were playing their second game in three nights and in two different cities, having just edged past the Houston Rockets in a grueling seven-game first-round series.

Sports Highlights, May 7: Hardik Pandya And Ashish Nehra Fined
Mumbai Indians captain Hardik Pandya has been fined after his team maintained a slow over rate during Match No. 56 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 against Gujarat Titans at the Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai.
As it was his team바카라™s second offence of the season under the IPL바카라™s Code of Conduct relating to minimum over-rate offences, Pandya was fined INR 24 lakhs. The rest of the members of the Playing XI, including the Impact Player and the concussion substitute, were each individually fined either INR 6 lakh or 25 per cent of their respective match fees, whichever is lesser.
Ashish Nehra, Head Coach, Gujarat Titans, has been fined 25 per cent of his match fees and has also accumulated one demerit point for breaching the IPL Code of Conduct. He admitted to the Level 1 offence under Article 2.20 - which pertains to the conduct that is contrary to the spirit of the game - and accepted the Match Referee바카라™s sanction.
For Level 1 breaches of the Code of Conduct, the Match Referee바카라™s decision is final and binding.
