Sandeep Reddy Vanga and Deepika Padukone are currently grabbing the headlines after the latter's exit from the upcoming film Spirit. Reportedly, it was due to "creative and professional disagreements" that strained the relationship between Sandeep and Deepika. The demands, including the working hours, made by the Pathaan actress did not go down well with Vanga.

Yesterday, at Maa trailer launch, Kajol and Ajay Devgn were asked about their opinions on the demand for an eight-hour shift for working mothers. Here's what they said.

As per PTI, Kajol said, "I love the fact that we can work less," and Ajay added, 바카라œhonest바카라 filmmakers in the industry are open to the idea of an eight-hour shift.

He further said, "It's not that it's not going well (the demand for eight hour shift); people understand it. Most of the honest filmmakers will not have a problem with this (demand). Apart from working mothers, many others have usually started working for eight to nine hours. So, it is person-to-person, and most of the industry understands this"

Sandeep Reddy Vanga-Deepika Padukone feud

Though, it was officially not announced that Deepika Padukone was the female lead opposite Prabhas in Spirit, reports started doing the rounds that she had walked out of the film due to creative and professional differences with Vanga. Reports claimed that the decision came after several 바카라œunprofessional바카라 demands from Padukone that irked the Animal director.

She reportedly requested an 8-hour workday, which came down to 6 hours of actual shoot. The actress had also charged a whopping fee of Rs 20 crore, along with a profit-sharing settlement and refused to deliver her dialogues in Telugu.

Vanga, without mentioning Deepika's name, recently accused an unknown actor for playing "dirty pr games" and revealing key plot details in media.

Later, he announced Triptii Dimri as the new female lead of Spirit.
